Parts of the event include wacky street performers and a mad-cap parade. Mardi Gras in Summit County will temp you will all the gumbo flavors, luscious drinks, sounds of celebration and sweet aromas of Mardi Gras. But this celebration is taking place in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
